Training with Viv has worked wonders! I have been trying to lose weight and get fit for a long time, so after trying every diet under the sun to endless cardio in the gym, I knew it was time for change. Viv has been able to completely shift my outlook on fitness. I really enjoy her knowledgeable and holistic approach to health and fitness - she's not only taught me proper form while strength training but also how to nourish my body properly and the importance of cleaning up my sleep routine. It's because of this I've never felt more confident in my skin. What I have gained over the past 6 months is not only better fitness but the best foundation to keeping a healthy, more balanced lifestyle which will help me for life. I can't recommend Viv enough!
